| | Zuljana (peninsula Peljesac) | | | Zuljana is placed in the bay of the same name on the southern coast of Peljesac peninsula, connected to the mainland by coastal road via Ston and the ferry line from Ploce. Peljesac is well known for its excellent wines. The inhabitants of Peljesac traditionally live off of wine and olive growing, fishing and cultivation of mussels and oysters that belong to the specialties of Peljesac cuisine. One of the largest pebble beaches on the Adriatic lies in the bay of Zuljana, while the neighboring bay of Vucine is a favorite destination for sports fishing.
