| | Rozat (Dubrovnik)
| | | Rozat, first mentioned in 1285, lies on the northern coast of the river-sea bay in the Rijeka dubrovacka region, near the city of Dubrovnik. There is a fresh water spring at one end of the bay. Dubrovnik aristocrats built their summer residences and villas in the area during the Renaissance period, while the summer residence of the Rastic family stands out from the rest. There are 10 villages in the Rijeka dubrovacka area. We recommend Rozat to those interested in rowing and fishing. The only ACI marina in this area is placed in the bay.
We recommend: Sv. Marija church / Franciscan Monastery from the 16th century / summer residence of the Rastic family / surrounding places of Komolac and Mokosica / Dubrovnik / Cavtat / island of Mljet / Elafiti islands / island of Korcula - can be reached by ferry
How to get there: 3 km north of Dubrovnik on the main road Split - Ploce - Dubrovnik. |
