| | Olib (island of Olib) | | | Olib, placed on the western coast of the island of Olib belonging to the Zadar archipelago, is a great place for a tranquil holiday. Olib is the only place on the island and dates back to Roman times. Many valuable archeological sites can be visited on the island. Olib is connected by ferry to the city of Zadar. Several secluded bays near the place itself and the shallow Slatina and Slatinica bays on the eastern side of the island are ideal for those looking for tranquility and privacy. Besides recently caught fish, the islanders also offer homemade wine, oil and cheese. As for sports, you can go diving, fishing and, if you have your own board, windsurfing.
We recommend: 17th century Sv. Stosija parish church / collection of antiquities including Glagolitic codices in the treasury of the parish rectory / island of Silba: island with no roads or cars connected by ferry to the island of Olib / island of Premuda: connected by ferry to the island of Olib / Zadar
