| | | The place of Klek, on the peninsula of the same name known for its waters rich in fish, lies in the Malostonski bay, southeast of the Neretva River delta. This history laden area used to belong to the famous Republic of Dubrovnik. Nowadays, it has some 80 inhabitants who live off of fruit, vegetable and olive growing, as well as off of fishing and tourism. Placed at Croatia's southern tip and rich in vegetation, Klek is ideal for a quiet family holiday. Besides bathing and suntanning, you can play tennis and mini-golf.
