Dobropoljana is placed in the bay of the same name on the island of Pasman that is one of 300 islands of the Zadar archipelago, connected to the mainland and the town of Biograd by boat lines via the neighboring island of Ugljan. It is situated on the northeastern side of the island, at the foot of the island's highest hill. Its 400 inhabitants primarily live off of fruit, vegetable and olive growing, as well as off of fishing. You can find accommodation in private rooms and apartments. While on the island, you can taste recently caught fish, vegetables grown on the fields nearby, homemade wine and olive oil, while the restaurants on the island of Pasman are widely known for their cuisine.
