General Terms and Conditions for cruises in Croatia "1000 Islands"

Cruise passenger obligations are:

a) to obey captain's orders, because he is responsible for the safety of the passengers and crew.
b) to hand over passports to the captain in order to register passengers.
c) not to jump from the boat or dive while cruising, as well as not to swim far away from the boat.
d) to respect quiet during nighttime on board, which officially starts at midnight. Only provided all passengers agree to it, may its beginning be put off.
e) not to smoke in the cabin.
f) not to bring food and drinks on board, with the exception of fruit, cakes and the like.
g) to pay to the captain for damages caused.


adriatica.net obligations  for cruises in Croatia are:
adriatica.net and the cruise service provider are required:

a) to accommodate on board each passenger who has the appropriate travel documents.
b) to provider the passenger with services stated on the voucher (7-day cruise with half-board and possibly additional services).
c) to charge directly from the passenger all other services that are not agreed upon in advance, according to the pricelist that can be found on board.


Methods of Payment for cruises in Croatia
Methods of payment for cruises are as follows:

a) 50% in advance when confirming the reservations and the balance (50% of the total amount) 30 days prior to the beginning of the cruise.
b) 100% of the total amount when confirming the reservations if the cruise begins within 30 days of reservation confirmation.


Passenger's Right to Cancellation for cruises in Croatia

a) the passenger must inform adriatica.net of cancellation in written form (email, fax).
b) in cases of cancellation up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the cruise - adriatica.net is entitled to keep 15% of the paid amount.
c) in cases of cancellation from 29 to 22 days prior to the beginning of the cruise - adriatica.net is entitled to keep 25% of the paid amount.
d) in cases of cancellation from 21 to 15 days prior to the beginning of the cruise - adriatica.net is entitled to keep 50% of the paid amount.
e) in cases of cancellation within 14 days prior to the beginning of the cruise - adriatica.net is entitled to keep the entire paid amount.
f) in cases of cancellation due to force majeure (which must be proven by medical documents or other similar documents), adriatica.net will offer the passenger an alternative cruise or a refund of the total paid amount.
g) the passenger is entitled to abandon the cruise at any time during its course and is in such cases not entitled to a refund.


adriatica.net's right to changes and cancellation for cruises in Croatia

a) the service provider reserves the right to change the boat with a boat of the same or better category.
b) in cases of bad weather, the service provider reserves the right to change the route of the cruise.
c) in cases when there are not enough passengers (10 or less), adriatica.net is entitled to cancel the cruise at least 30 days prior to its beginning, but must offer the passengers another cruise at another time or return the money.
d)if a passenger seriously violates the daily schedule or disables the further course of the cruise, adriatica.net or the service provider are entitled to disembark the passenger at the first stop, without the right to return of money.


Complaints
for cruises in Croatia
The complaints procedure is as follows:

a) The passenger is required to complain to the service provider about the inadequate service immediately on the day of his/her return and to notify adriatica.net's office in Zagreb by e-mail
info@adriatica.net or by phone 00 385 1 2415 611. Furthermore, the passenger is required to cooperate with adriatica.net representatives and the service provider in good faith in order to rectify the problem. If the passenger refuses to accept the solution that is in accordance with services paid for, adriatica.net is not required to accept any further complaints referring to this service.
b) If the problem is not rectified even after on the spot intervention, the passenger is required to send a written complaint, along with other relevant documents and photographs that prove reasons for the complaint to adriatica.net by email at
info@adriatica.net or by mail at adriatica.net d.o.o. Slavonska avenija 26/9, HR 10132 Zagreb, within 28 days upon returning from holiday.
adriatica.net will take into consideration only properly filed complaints received within 28 days.


Note

By confirming the reservation and paying the advance or the entire amount, the passenger confirms that he/she agrees with the stated General Terms and Conditions as well as other documents related to cruises.


Court Jurisdiction

In case of dispute or disagreement, the matter can be taken to court (Zagreb Court jurisdiction).
